Amendment – Again we can not guarantee that we will be able to amend your order, however if you contact us before your order is dispatched we can see what we are able to do.
Incorrect delivery address – Please ensure you thoroughly check your address as we attempt to deal with orders as quickly as possible. If you make us aware before your order is dispatched, we can change your delivery address, however once the item is dispatched there is nothing we can do.

All of our items are donated to us and go through a strict sorting process to ensure only the best items make it to you. We also sell in our five shops around Manchester, as well as recycling items that are not fit for sale.

We aim to be as transparent as possible when it comes to our items. We know sometimes that a small mark or a little rip is hardly a deterrent when some finds are just that good! This means that some items may be a little preloved, but we will always make this very clear before you buy. We are pros at this though, so please know our standards are very high and that your happiness is at the forefront of all we do!
We hope you love your purchase but if you wish to return your item(s) then you are able to do so. For a full refund please ensure that the item is in the condition it was sent to you in and that no tags have been removed. We are unable to offer a refund if tags are missing upon arrival to us unless otherwise said so. Returns must be made within 14 days to have a full refund. After this you will receive store credit that can be used at any time. If we receive your item after the 28th day you will not be eligible for a refund of store credit unless otherwise said so. We do not offer exchanges due to the majority of our items being singular stock. However you can opt for store credit which will be issued once we receive your item. Please ensure that you follow the instructions in our "Returning an item" section below before sending your items back to us otherwise we can not guarantee a refund will be processed. Returning an item
Don’t love your buy?
If you have an account with us just head over to “My Account” and go into your orders (found on the left hand menu bar). Each order will have a “Refund” option, simply click here and fill out the returns form.
If you checked out as a guest, send us an email with your order number as the subject, and details of the item(s) you’re returning to firstname.lastname@example.org

Unfortunately we can’t cover the cost of your returns postage at this time.
Once your return is received, we’ll let you know and we’ll start processing it right away.
Please remember, for a full refund return your items within 14 days.
Anything sent after the 14 day mark will be processed as store credit, up until the 28th day since you received your parcel.
We can not guarantee a refund or store credit if you return your item to us after this point, or if you do not notify us of a returns request.
